Reyhaneh assisted us in selecting the perfect color for the chairs and even proposed some color combinations if we decided to update our curtains or reupholster a beloved chair. Her recommendations truly broadened our perspective on what could be done, and we were thrilled with her ideas. Reyhaneh is skilled, imaginative, and delightful, and together with Sanjay, they form an awesome duo.

Sanjay helped us pick out a couch right off the showroom floor, but since we couldn't take it home right away, he arranged to hold it there for a few months until we were ready for it in our new place. The level of service he provided was outstanding, and he was always quick to respond whenever I got in touch. I definitely recommend FCI and Sanjay Joshi. The furniture is top quality, and the service is just as great.

I had a complicated wiring setup for my AVR connected to eight speakers (four on the floor and four in the ceiling), along with an HDMI cable for my TV and power cables. They managed to hide everything away, and they really listened to my ideas. Now, the entire setup looks sleek and tidy. I absolutely love it!

Honestly, I didn't even want to rate this with a star. I bought 8 custom dining chairs and just spotted a small hole in the fabric. I reached out to customer service, and they told me there's nothing they can do since it likely occurred after delivery. They suggested I either pay for a repair or get a replacement. This is just ridiculous, and I wouldn't suggest anyone buy from this company again.
